President Elaine Suess, CLTMC, MBA, has a passion for helping individuals and businesses learn, grow and change. She's guided by her strong business background and strengths, using proven processes to help clients gain clarity and improve performance. Often, this work is life-changing for clients, and transformational for organizations. For over 20 years, Elaine worked at Fortune 500 company General Motors, and medical device manufacturer Hill-Rom company in diverse areas of responsibility before founding Beyondbeing in 2006 to bring the culminations of her experiences and strengths to others.

Jim Ruberg has a 20-year career across a range of industries, and a unique path that has allowed him to focus his passion on organizational and leadership development. He worked for KPMG as a Senior Manager in diverse positions, leading curriculum design, development and delivery of learning programs, on boarding and project management. He was also SVP at Bank of America in Learning & Leadership Development.

Education
Elaine earned her leadership coaching and talent management certification from the Workplace Coach Institute, an Appreciative Inquiry Certificate from Case Western Reserve University, a certificate in Positive Psychology from the Wholebeing Institute an MBA from Lake Superior State University and and was also selected to be in the first class of certified Happiness Advantage coaches by Harvard-trained Shawn Achor, focused on the science of workplace happiness and performance.
